An entire region on one platform.
Gutes aus Vorpommern makes visible what the region has to offer: producers, retailers, hosts, crafts and culture – plus a magazine, recipes and events. We built the platform on WordPress and look after it in day-to-day operation.
Plenty of good things – scattered across an entire region.
Vorpommern is full of direct marketers, artisan producers, hosts and cultural offerings – but anyone who is not already in the area will hardly find them. What was missing was a shared digital place where the region presents itself: for locals, visitors and the providers themselves.
And the platform was meant to be more than a business directory: tell stories, recommend seasonal highlights and make people want to explore the region.

Directory, magazine and region – all of a piece.
We built Gutes aus Vorpommern as a WordPress platform: a searchable provider directory – filterable by category and region – with eight region pages, from Hiddensee via Rügen and Usedom to Uecker-Randow. Providers list themselves free of charge and maintain their own profiles – with photos, opening hours, reviews and a bookmarking feature. An interactive map with radius search shows what is nearby.
On top of that sits the editorial layer: the GUTES magazine with columns, seasonal recipes, a podcast and day-trip tips, plus events from the BIO-Landpartie to the Grüne Woche. That keeps the platform alive – and gives people a reason to come back.
