No more Excel chaos: one system for everything.
CRM, quotes, inventory, purchasing, accounting – Odoo becomes the operating system of your business. We implement, customise and, if you wish, connect your store, apps and portals – as a partner who stays.
From ten isolated tools to one system.
Excel here, an invoicing tool there, stock levels in the warehouse manager's head – every isolated solution is another source of errors. Odoo brings everything together in one place.
Odoo: the ERP that grows with your business
Many companies run their business on a patchwork of Excel lists, isolated tools and email inboxes. That works – until it doesn't: stock levels are wrong, quotes take too long, nobody has the full picture. Odoo solves this with a modular open-source ERP in which CRM, sales, inventory, purchasing, projects and accounting work together seamlessly.
Why Odoo?
Odoo is one of the most widely used ERP systems in the world – and for good reason: you start small with the modules you need today and expand as your business grows. No million-euro upfront investment, no implementation projects that drag on for years. As an open-source system, Odoo stays adaptable – and you stay independent.
ERP and eCommerce: the dream team
Our speciality is connecting Odoo with Shopware: the store takes the orders, Odoo automatically handles order processing, inventory and invoicing. No duplicate data entry, no transfer errors – and your team has time for the things that actually create value. We also connect apps and customer portals directly to your Odoo.
- One system instead of ten isolated tools
- Step-by-step implementation, predictable budget
- Seamless Shopware and app integration
- Hosting and support from Germany

You win an ERP project with people, not with software.
The best configuration is worthless if the team doesn't get behind it. That's why we bring your employees to the table early, sketch workflows together and train hands-on – until Odoo doesn't feel like a new system, but like easier work.
How we workOne system for virtually every part of your business.
Odoo is the operating system of your business: the core runs your processes – and, when needed, an online store, custom apps such as a customer cockpit, or portals dock on from the outside. All of that is optional; Odoo stands on its own without a store, too. You start with the apps that remove your biggest bottleneck and expand from there. Which deployment option fits – Odoo Online, Odoo.sh, on-premise or Community – is something we compare with you transparently. These are the apps we work with most:
From analysis to day-to-day operations.

Good to know.
What does an Odoo implementation cost?
That depends on modules, data migration and the degree of customisation. Lean implementations with standard modules start in the low five-figure range; complex projects with interfaces and custom modules are above that. Odoo licence costs per user come on top. In a first conversation we calculate your specific case.
Odoo Community or Enterprise – which one do I need?
The Community edition is open source and free of charge; the Enterprise edition adds extra modules (e.g. accounting, planning), hosting options and support. Which variant fits depends on your processes – we advise honestly and without licence sales pressure.
How long does an Odoo implementation take?
First modules such as CRM or sales are often live within 4 to 8 weeks. A full implementation covering inventory, purchasing and accounting takes 3 to 9 months, depending on your data and processes. We roll out step by step so your day-to-day business keeps running.
Can you connect Odoo to our online store?
Yes, that is one of our core competencies: orders, stock levels, prices and customer data sync automatically between store and Odoo – bidirectionally and in real time. Our deepest integration is with Shopware; we also connect WooCommerce, Shopify and other systems.
Do you migrate data from our legacy system?
Yes. We transfer master data, open items, histories and documents in a structured way from Excel, Sage, Lexware, SAP Business One and other systems – including a test migration before go-live.
Odoo or SAP Business One – what is the difference?
SAP Business One is powerful, but expensive in licensing and implementation. For most mid-sized company processes, Odoo offers comparable functional depth – more modular, cheaper to get started with and, thanks to its open-source core, less dependent on a single vendor. Whether Odoo fits your case is something we clarify honestly in a first conversation.
Does Odoo work with DATEV or our tax advisor?
Yes. Odoo can be connected via interfaces to DATEV and other common financial accounting and tax advisory systems, so documents and reports flow without duplicate data entry.
Odoo with industry insight.
ERP implementations rarely fail because of the software – they fail when nobody understands the processes of an industry. Our industry experience:
