We have no credentials and no documentation – can you still take over?
Yes, that is actually the normal case. We help you recover access (hosting, domain, code, databases, third-party services) and document everything we find during the technical audit. From then on, that knowledge belongs to you – not to your agency.
What happens to ongoing contracts with our previous agency?
Together we review hosting, licence and maintenance contracts and tell you honestly what should be kept, cancelled or replaced. The cancellation itself stays in your hands – we provide the technical basis for the decision.
How long does a takeover take?
Depending on project size, the technical audit takes a few days to two weeks. From then on we are ready to work: anything critical is secured immediately, everything else is prioritised methodically.
Do you also take over half-finished or stalled projects?
Yes. We assess the current state honestly: what is usable, what needs rework and what is cheaper to rebuild. You get a clear recommendation instead of a fresh start on principle.
Do we have to sign a maintenance contract afterwards?
No. Many clients opt for ongoing support after the takeover because they know its value – but it is not mandatory. We also help out on a case-by-case basis when needed.
What does switching agencies cost?
The technical audit is billed by effort and is the only mandatory step – afterwards both sides know where they stand. We quote all further work transparently on that basis.
