We don't apply updates blindly: changes are reviewed and, in the higher packages, tested on a staging copy first – only then do they go live.

Do you also take over websites you didn't build yourselves?
Yes – that is actually the most common case. We start with an inventory check (versions, plugins, security, hosting) and bring the installation up to a clean state. After that, regular maintenance takes over.
What happens if an update breaks something?
That is what backups and, in the larger packages, staging tests are for: we test critical updates on a copy first. If something still goes wrong, we restore the last working state – that is part of the service, not an extra invoice.
Is the maintenance plan tied to your hosting?
No. We maintain WordPress installations on any decent hosting. If your current hosting is causing the problems, we will tell you honestly – and help you move if you wish.
What counts as content updates – and what doesn't?
Content updates are small editorial changes: swapping copy, inserting images, publishing new posts. New features, design changes or additional pages are further development – for those we prepare a separate, transparent quote.
How quickly do you respond in an emergency?
In the Care Pro package we guarantee a response on the same business day. In an acute security incident – such as a hacked site – we act with the highest priority in all packages: secure the site, clean it up, restore it.
