Shop migration without data loss – whatever system you are on.
Magento, Gambio, Shopware 5 or another system: we migrate products, customers, orders and rankings in a structured way to the platform that fits your business – with a test migration and a go-live without interrupting sales.
Moves we have already made.
Magento → Shopware 6
Complex catalogues and grown data structures transferred cleanly – like the move of the fishing-tackle store Angel Joe from Magento to Shopware.
Gambio → Shopware 6
Done several times: out of a limited system and into a platform that grows with your catalogue and B2B requirements.
Shopware 5 → Shopware 6
Lifting the end-of-life Shopware 5 onto Shopware 6 in a structured way – including plugin assessment, template rebuild and SEO redirects.
Shopware → Shopify
We have gone the other way too: when a lean SaaS setup fits the business model better, we say so – and migrate there.
Your system isn't listed? The method stays the same: analyse, map, test, move. Ask us – we will tell you honestly whether a move is worthwhile, and where to.
A migration is more than a data export.
Products & variants
Items, variants, attributes, categories, images and prices – mapped in a structured way instead of blindly exported. Data quality often improves right along with the move.
Customers & orders
Customer accounts, order histories and terms move too – your regulars won't notice the system change, except that the store gets better.
SEO & rankings
A complete redirect plan, carried-over meta data and monitoring after go-live – so the visibility built up over years survives the move.
Plugins & integrations
Every extension is assessed: standard in the new system, a successor plugin or new development. Inventory management, ERP and shipping are reconnected cleanly.
Test first, then move – never the other way round.
Analysis
Data model, plugins, integrations and the SEO inventory of the old store – honestly assessed.
Data mapping
Mapping the old schema onto the new system – the most important document of the project.
Test migration
A complete dry run on staging with real data – checked, corrected, repeated.
SEO redirects
Every old URL gets a target – rankings and backlinks are protected as well as possible.
Go-live
A planned switch in a short window, followed by monitoring – without interrupting sales.
Migrated and live.
Shop migration – good to know.
Which shop systems do you migrate from?
From real projects: Magento, Gambio, Shopware 5 and other systems – usually towards Shopware 6. But we have also migrated in the other direction, for example from Shopware to Shopify, when that was the better fit for the business model. Our system recommendation follows your case, not our licence list.
Is data lost during the migration?
No – that is what the test migration is for: products, variants, customers, orders and content are first migrated to a test environment and checked. Only once everything is right there does the real move follow.
What happens to our Google rankings?
We create a complete redirect plan, carry over meta data and monitor rankings after go-live. That significantly reduces ranking risks – a cleanly migrated store does not lose its visibility because of the move itself.
How long is the store offline during the migration?
Ideally not at all: the new store is built in parallel on a staging environment, and the switch itself is a short, planned window – often at night or at the weekend.
What about our plugins and integrations?
Every plugin is assessed: is there a successor, is the feature standard in the new system, or does it need custom development? Integrations with inventory management, ERP and shipping are rebuilt cleanly in the new system.
How much does a shop migration cost?
That depends on data volume, degree of customisation and integrations. After an analysis of your store you get a concrete, transparent effort estimate – with no hidden items.
Your store can do more than its system lets it.
